“Came here for the first time on my lunch break since a lot of my coworkers mentioned how good the food is here! I didn’t know what I wanted but I saw they had a digital exclusive for “the Tex mex wrap”. I wanted a salad and asked the server if he could turn these ingredients into a salad bowl… he was so kind and did exactly that! This was the BEST salad bowl I’ve ever had and I will be returning to get it again!“

Three times now, however, one of the ingredients is not being THOROUGHLY washed. I bite down on what feels like sand grinding between my teeth -- not good. It feels like dirty lettuce. PLEASE wash the ingredients thoroughly!“

“Hit up Top Nutrition Cafe (fka Tropical Protein Cafe) yesterday—spent about $20 on the Acai protein crepe with fruit and a Detox Green smoothie. Chill vibey spot in Brighton Park, super fresh bowls and crepes, though the smoothie was a tad pricey. Staff was real friendly and fast, but I wish the space was less cramped. Still one of my go‑to healthy spots around here.“

“Good salads and smoothies, and now they have avocado toast. Tons of variety, order one of their salad concoctions or create your own. It is in my office building so it's convenient, the employees have been friendly (I usually go at less busy times). And they have an app you can use to pay and then get a credit when you spend a certain amount. This is a nice option to have for lunch or dinner.“

“I have only had amazing experiences and the smoothies are so good! I thought I got the wrong smoothie because I didn’t expect the taste but it was the right one and he ended up making me an entirely new smoothie!

Just be warned the açaí brazil smoothie does not taste fruity or like açaí more like the oats that are included in it.

“Okay, you HAVE to try Seattle Sutton’s meals! I’ve been getting them for almost a year, and they’re seriously the best meal delivery company. I actually talked to one of their dietitians before I signed up and they were super helpful and answered all of my questions. There are so many meals I never would’ve thought of making myself, but they’re all so good. The convenience is unreal. You just heat it up. I don't have to cook anything and I hate doing dishes, so that's a huge bonus. Plus, everything is always fresh, like I just bought it at the store. If you want easy healthy meals without worrying about fake or unhealthy ingredients this is 100% the way to go.“
