This is the dirtiest restaurant I have been to in a long time. It smells bad. The aquarium they keep across from their sushi bar looks like its never been cleaned from how disgusting the water is. I can only imagine how poor the conditions of the kitchen is. There is a reason you'll never see customers inside eating.

Very disappointing experience. I went to this sushi restaurant with my daughters, but we immediately had concerns about the cleanliness of the establishment. The windows, tables, and floors appeared dirty, and the overall environment did not feel sanitary.
The employee assisting us appeared unkempt, and the clothing looked dirty. Even more concerning, the water cups we were given had what appeared to be food residue on the outside. We also observed an employee eating on top of the food preparation table.
Because of these cleanliness and food-handling concerns, we decided to leave before ordering. We did not feel comfortable eating sushi from a place where the sanitation standards appeared questionable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues.

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this is the worst AYCE sushi restaurants I’ve been to. The fish tasted off and we had a gut feeling because nobody was there dinning in. As others mentioned it is extremely dirty. The workers who were cutting the fish were having a conversation while making our rolls with no mask overall while eating. Make a trip anywhere else in the city but here!

This is not Sakuranami. It’s a different restaurant. Apparently, the previous restaurant closed, and another one opened under a similar name. But this is definitely not Sakuranami. The place is extremely, extremely dirty.

Sushi was really good. Huge portions. Well worth the all you can eat! Will come back when I come here again.
Great place, glad we stopped, had a Bento Box for lunch $12.99 unbelievable amount of food. And delicious
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed.
As for the food, nothing really stood out. It was average at best and didnβt justify the price. With so many great sushi restaurants in the area, I donβt see a reason to return. There are definitely better options nearby that offer better food, service, and overall value.

Absolute disappointment. The food is not even fresh and they serve it in plastic plates. You have to get up from your seat to get food. Thereβs dust and little pieces of hair in my sushi. DO NOT EAT HERE EVEN THOUGH YOU SEE OTHER REVIEWS. Spoons and forks are somewhat broken. Floor and tables are sticky.40 bucks btw π

There were cockroaches on the tables and floors. It was so unsanitary. This place has gone really downhill fast. It used to be so clean and nice but even the bathrooms now are full of cockroaches.
Awful service. Use to be the place to go but itβs gone downhill

Went there on Saturday night and literally left within 15mins of being there(not even busy, but it was only one guy on the floor throughout this whole experience) The guy working couldnβt complete a task, without starting another. We finally got our drinks and I did notice a that all the tables were dirty and people waiting to either leave or be assisted. I already knew it wasnβt going to be good service so we decided to leave cash on the table for our drinks and leave. This place has changed and itβs not it anymore. The menus are sticky as hell and beat up. I doubt we come back tbh.

I have a feeling ownership changed. This used to be one of our favorite places to go when we lived in the area. Decided to return and won't be back.
Service was pretty attentive, we were the only table in for lunch (on a weekday very understandable).
Restaurant is pretty dirty and menus are completely run down/sticky.
Food unfortunately was the most disappointing. We used to rave about the quality, especially since it's all you can eat. The sushi quality has dropped considerably- fish not as flavorful and a washed out color. Almost chewy.
The rolls are mostly rice, rice is poor quality. Very sticky and overcooked. Some of the rolls all we could taste was rice. My husband can usually finish a plate of rolls no problem- definitely not the case this time around. We only finished as much as we could because we dont want to waste food.
Do not recommend coming here.

The food is pretty good however the rolls are 70% rice. Check pictures from reviews. Everything on the table was beyond filthy including the table. Tried to clean the soy sauce jar enough to stomach touching it. I was unsuccessful due to the accumulation of build up. Checked other tables for a better option, every single jar in the restaurant is gross. Itβs appears theyβve never been cleaned.
