Never had a major issue but every time I go there I get pulled forward to wait. If it's busy I get it but it happens every time. I always order basic menu items but wether there is a line or not I get pulled forward.
Ricky is the best!! I was so mad they messed up my order, and I had to wait 13 minutes for 10 nuggets with 2 fussy kids, but Ricky was so empathetic and kind. Thank you, Ricky!!! I hope management knows how lucky they are to have you.
