The owner is highly respectful, very experienced in the hospitality service industry. Go order yourself a signature cocktail and variety of smoked meat entrees and take in the atmosphere. “Viva La fiesta is my favorite local Mexican spot. The street tacos are really good, so is the chicken on the beach, and the fajitas, and I really like their queso fundido and choriqueso. They do a pretty good torta as well. I think the key to really enjoying this place is getting away from your typical white person Mexican food and trying some of their more unique or traditional fare. Also, super nice service every time I've gone here in person, and even when I order their food for delivery, it travels well and tastes great.“
