Went last night (inside)… the woman working the front counter was on point with everything, got my order right with all my sauce requests, the food was HOT and GOOD. Will be back soon!!

It’s absolutely amazing that for two people and spending $50 with Uber Eats that I could be missing a combo meal and the food be terrible. I know you pay for delivery, but damn when a basic burger and fries you should at least get the overcharged food.

We stopped by at around 12:30am! And the service and food was actually ridiculously good. We ordered and got our food within 5 minutes and it was a big order of 4 people. Amazing burger and the Oreo shake was the best I’ve ever had I think.

This Jack in a Box messed my whole order. Called Manager and she could not resolve the issue. I just paid for a bag of trash. Do not eat there.

So i didn't purchase anything due to a number of reasons, wish i could choose zero stars: 1) walked in and wasn't acknowledged for about 10 minutes, finally was greeted and told they would be with us in a few. 2) waited 20 or more minutes and asked if we knew what we were getting - said yes and told they would be with us in a bit. While waiting observed 3) one employee was wearing gloves (great job) but in between taking care of food cooking he would check his phone with said gloves and get back to food. Almost waited half an hour by this time and what finally made us walk out was observing 4) another employee handling food with toilet paper/napkin up her nose due to bleeding - that is just plain unsanitary and we still hadn't gotten to put our order :( this place used to be decent enough as a fast food joint. And the place - what was visible from the entrance and cashiers- was not clean. Can't imagine how the bathroom was

I had started going here again, but the night time service has taken its turn. Rude window worker, who was not greeting guests ahead of time, refusing to let us order. Sad they had gotten better. Now, they are quite literally chasing off paying customers.

Another slow jack in the box due to short staffing. After waiting 3-4 minutes at the drive- thru menu, I just left. Also, too many flies near the menus.
We got tacos ..egg rolls and a big break fast platter everything was either old and had been reheated or just nasty.

not good, waiting 10 minutes just to tell them we had an online order, girl was very rude and cut me off when trying to explain what i ordered after she asked. Then told me to pull around and i waited another 20 minutes at the window just to get chicken sandwich and 4 tacos. Ridiculous how they haven’t gotten shut down. Only one person has ever given me any respect and it was the first time I saw them. This place is a waste of time and space. Don’t bother going to waste your time.

Wasted half an hour waiting in line just to be told that they aren't taking credit cards and only have the ability to take cash. Also that the management won't let them put a sign out to save people the trouble. I guess they would rather have customers wait in the inescapable drive-thru. Absolutely terrible experience and very slow, would not recommend at all.

Horrible, the food was disgusting. Homeles people sleeping in front of the building. the girl who waited on me had on a door rag, the other girl looked like she was going to the beach, shorts tank top. Took, 20 minutes to get food, and I was the only one there.
