Will not go here again. Wait time in the drive through has been around 20 minutes the last 2 visits.
Update; gave it another try. Had to wait for hashbrowns to cook even though I was the only one in the drive through.

Our first time EVER at a Jack in the Box! We were waited on by an extremely nice gentleman, named Rachid. He took our order, we stood there and watched him make our whole order, bag it, and give it to us. So very kind and polite. While ordering, I asked about the toppings on a burger; he was not entirely sure, so he asked a fellow employee. She retorted sharply and discourteously “it tells you on the screen”.
