“Our first time EVER at a Jack in the Box! We were waited on by an extremely nice gentleman, named Rachid. He took our order, we stood there and watched him make our whole order, bag it, and give it to us. So very kind and polite. While ordering, I asked about the toppings on a burger; he was not entirely sure, so he asked a fellow employee. She retorted sharply and discourteously “it tells you on the screen”. This was at 9a, they were not busy. No reason at all, that I could see, for her hostility. However, Rachid stayed calm, and continued to serve us with kindness and a smile. We will be back, and we hope he is working every time. Food was great, but I think it was better being made with love. I feel bad for the drive-thru people, eating their food made with anger from the other lady. A special thank you to Rachid for his gentle nature; we will be back.“

“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“
