Today they were having computer problems, but they advised me of the issue so I would understand the added wait time. Clearly they were prepared to make adjustments and keep the store running! “I feel like 5 stars is the only option for Dutch Bros. I’ve always been pleased with my order (other than once when my cup was cracked once). As a new location, they’ve done an excellent job at keeping up with the Edwardsville and surrounding area folks. Their employees always have a great vibe going on, and even when they’re backed up they handle orders pretty well! Coming from someone who works in the food and drinks industry —I am always willing to go back and support them. Definitely give them a try if not already!“

“I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad but I had a great experience. Two days in a row I’ve ordered almost the same thing. And each time it was hot and fresh. My smoothie was great too. There was one guy working and he was very polite and efficient with making the food. I’m actually very surprised with how packed the tropical smoothie got and he tackled each order promptly. Great location, and great service. ☺️“
