From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the owner of the restaurant and explained what kind of food they have! I was interested in the soup, which was delicious... I can't wait to come to this restaurant again!!

Visiting from Chicago and we ordered steak and al pastor tacos and they were delicious!!! Loved the hand made tacos! We ordered them to go and ate them at the picnic area at Cahokia.
Love the food. It has flavors missing from some Mexican restaurants.
Had a great experience, food is amazing. Mariela kept bringing out drinks fast and had awesome customer skills. You gotta give this place a try. The Birria Soup is 10/10, comes with fresh hand made tortillas and toppings. We're coming back often!

We stumbled upon this while wondering around Illinois. As we walked in we noticed that just about everyone ordered the soup so of course we did too and had no regrets! My only regret was that I ordered a burrito instead and not a soup myself.
Our server didn't speak English and my Spanish isn't good enough to order however communicating through a translator on my phone was easy. The fact that the server or hardly anyone spoke English should be a raving testimony to how authentic the food is!

Went in to the market side to get some snacks. People ignored me when I was waiting to get Chicharrones. At least when I'm back in Mexico they say hello.

Food was great. True authentic Mexican restaurant. Our waitress had to call a friend to translate our order in English to Spanish. LOL Our Mexican Coke bottles were ice cold. We both ordered Tortas.

I don't know if I'm supposed to keep it a secret, or let the secret out. The restaurant is incredible. A mysterious little hideaway, great birria. The corner store has useful her al remedies for cough and other ailments.

These thiefs juat stoled 150 dollars of meat from my family gave us spoil rotten meat i just bought it 25 minutes ago and get ready to start dinner and these is what they gave my kids to eat
