We Just wanted to let our community know how AWFUL the Pizza Hut in Collinsville is. Were very Nostalgic and were so very excited about the Lobby/ Buffet being open again! We arrived almost exactly an hour left of the buffet and made sure to ask if there would be any more Pizza coming out as there were only a few old looking slices of Hawaiian, Supreme and a few thin crust cheese. Tasted like week old pizza… and this is how it arrivedxxx
called before they opened to place an order for later. the lady took my entire order and at the end of the call she said “you’ll have to call back when we open” then hung up. so I did. I got to the window to pickup my order. horrible attitude. when she dropped all my change she handed back she just said “it’s all down there” and pointed to the ground. closed the window. definitely will not be returning. when you pay that much money for food you expect to be treated...read full review
