unbelievable I ordered from the app and they didn't even have chicken available only spicy chicken so I tried to cancel my order on the app and they tried to only send me $20 gift certificate and wouldn't return my money! Don't ever use the app or go to this restaurant because they are a rip off
Missing sides cold chicken hard buns and a string in my fries. I waited at the window for 20 min waiting on cold chicken. Tried to call to let them know I had missing sides and no one even answered the phone
We bought 8 pieces of chicken. The family meal. The chicken was cold and soggy, the fries were cold and hard. The biscuits had a strange taste to them and were also cold. We got an extra side of red beans and rice. There was a small amount of beans on the bottom of the container maybe an inch and the rest was cold rice and to top it all off it was $32.60.
