We Just wanted to let our community know how AWFUL the Pizza Hut in Collinsville is. Were very Nostalgic and were so very excited about the Lobby/ Buffet being open again! We arrived almost exactly an hour left of the buffet and made sure to ask if there would be any more Pizza coming out as there were only a few old looking slices of Hawaiian, Supreme and a few thin crust cheese. We normally pickup an order, but we really wanted to dine in. We ordered at the register, but there wasn't any direction that we were supposed to do that. Didn't realize until we sat down that the specials were charged at regular price. Salad bar had lettuce that was borderline brown, and there was barely enough for one salad. Food was good, but we were definitely disappointed with the overall experience.
Reyanna and Grace are the and Ashley, and all the staff there are amazing and so sweet. I have to come back and enjoy the food and home feeling that I get there.
