Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I wear hearing aids and have trouble with drive through speakers so I got off my rear end and went inside to place an order. Since I’m not a regular customer I had questions about chicken options but that was too much for the warm bodies behind the counter. They couldn’t give a crap about customer service but were generous with blank stares and attitudes. When I asked about meal selections I got an indignant, silent stare and the moron simply pointed to the menu displayed overhead. I definitely felt like I was considered an inconvenience. Ended up with dry overcooked wings that ended up being tossed out. Almost made me want to vote for trump.

There was an issue with literally every part of our order. I asked for no gravy, they put gravy. My friend ordered 3 tenders they gave a regular 3 piece. I ordered 6 jalapenos and they gave me 3.

Staff is wildy rude and dismissive and can barely understand because of the slang. Not accents, but actual slang. Order was complelty wrong. Double charged me and had to correct at window. Had to remind about missing drink (ordered diet, didn't catch they gave my normal coke) . Had to remind about sauces. Had to state there was missing tenders. Entire time catching glares. The absolute worst part is that there were two actual tenders and then a bunch of scraps fired together which I guess is considered a tender?????

This stores service is a perfect example of why some automation is required and consumers won't mind when it fully kicks in. Drive 5 minutes up the street to KFC by Schnucks.

Do you want to eat? Too bad. The people they employ here don't give a shit. The food will be old and that's if they serve you. 5x I've came here and it's happened 3 of the 5 times ai don't even get served. Absolute dump. This is why Popeyes sucks and Chicfila kicks their ass in service. They people they employ. Hell I like Popeyes chicken better, IF I could ever get it.

Every time I come to this location, the staff are dismissive and acts irritated that they have to take your order or answer a question. Like, they are literally on their phone. The food is great and I love Popeyes but it’s always the attitude in the drive thru that dissuades me from eating here. On top of that I couldn’t add my rewards because the receipt machine was out of ink.

Don't bother going. We went to grab food there and there were a few cars ahead but even then I sat for 30 minutes just to have my order taken. Then an additional 10 minutes. They're always out of something, tonight was shrimp, the food isn't correct, I never get my receipt, I'm not greeted, the tea tastes like lemon is in it, the chicken is not crispy like it should be, and a whole list of reasons to just go elsewhere. They really need overhaul training at this location. So disappointed.

after waiting 20 minutes to get my food, my sandwhich was freezing cold, the fries were completely dumped out of the bag and i watched the worker standing there, holding my bag for literally 5 minutes before finally handing my bag. no napkins either! terrible popeyes, definitely not fast food it is definitely slow food

Amazing food! We got the extra spicy chicken tenders family meal. Absolutely everything was good. However.... Even though everything tasted amazing I do feel like the chicken tenders had been sitting there for at least 30 minutes. Tasted amazing with all the Cajun seasoning but just wasnt quite as fresh as I'd imagined. And if you walk into the restaurant and look at the cashier you can see over their shoulder there are a couple of different piles of pre-made chicken sitting there under a heat lamp. Ideal if you're only going to put a couple of pieces there but they had a couple of different stacks. Price wasn't bad for what we got but some of the other meals are a little pricey.
