Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don’t know what’s going on with Popeyes, but they are not the same. I ordered 12 pieces chicken only with a custom mix of breast thighs and legs and when I say this chicken is so small I mean no exaggeration at all they Are almost the size of the ghost pepper wings. What a waste of $32 I will not be ordering from Popeyes anymore. This is the third chance I’ve given them and I’ve been unsatisfied all three times. I don’t know what I was thinking giving them a third shot. Popeyes prices are ridiculous for such low quality of food.

Employees are rude

I went there for the fried pickles and the new cheesecake. Cheesecake was basic but the fried pickles were delicious! Very fast service.

Went to get partner popeyes for his birthday. Chicken was dark, greasy and tasted like old grease used. The legs were a joke they're so small
Looked like a wing drummy. Wasn't even as big as his thumb. Thighs were small. For $16.00 ??? He loves popeyes but he's even done with them. Employees are surly. KFC here we come.
And just got the canned I'm sorry response I've seen on all the negative reviews. Means nothing

This place is very disappointing. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:15am today. After waiting for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I drove up to the window. The guy stated they were not open. I said I thought you opened at 10:00am. He said they were still setting up. I went back at 10:30 on the dot and noticed the car in front of me pulled off without any food. This location is THE WORST!

The people that work here made this review possible in every respect.

Drove 20 minutes only to find restaurant closed with no note I've eaten here in the past. Probably the dirtiest Popeyes you would ever visit. Slow service and the food is not the best at this location. The restaurant smells like the gorilla cage at the zoo.

Very rude there was one girl was doing inappropriate stuff on a man and then was calling customers special Ed and was very rude was being very disrespectful to everyone was giving attitude to everyone. We were told that u can only get two pieces of chicken at a time. Several people are complaining about this location and nothing is being done. You can tell it is ran by poor management.

If you close at 1 am you don’t close at 12:34am on a Friday night horrible service we are out of chicken!!

4/26/26 pm.... The chicken was horible.. most of it got tossed.... over cooked, way over spiced.. it was so over spiced it was red....

They didn't open on time so they lost my business. I waited from 10 to 10:10 am there was one car in the lot. Door was locked no response In the drive thru. 😑 disappointed.

Placed order online. When I arrived to pick up, they had the doors locked. I would understand if they were like crazy busy, but they literally only had ONE car in the drive thru…. THEN they mess up my order. Forgot the pickles to my sandwich and forgot my sauce. Overall just terrible.
