“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“Update. 2024, stopped in for lunch. No line, my order was right, came out quick, fries were super hot. Worth it. day crew sat 24th around noon.
2018 I've been here many times, never really had any issues. Tonight I stopped by for some comfort food and waited for a bit. I actually received the wrong food, but the girl working the drive-thru seemed flustered, and I got my order AND the order of the car in front of me (which drove off without getting their food). No extra charge, no hassle. Cheers Jack-in-the-Box“
