I LOVE the Oxtail with red beans and rice, Candy yam and plantain dinner. They give you more then enough and it is cooked and seasoned to perfection. Love this restaurant and highly recommend them!!!
This is my favorite place in all Chicago land area the lunch specials absurdly generous and tasty for the price. I almost always get the curry goat but the dark lunch special is great too. The mac, the cabbage, the plantains, the rice n beans. I swear you can't leave unhappy. Best food, always great customer service, never a long wait. truly appreciated 🙏💗
I really do love the food here. It’s one of the best in Chicago if you’re looking for that authentic Jamaican flavors. I’ve literally tried everything except the curry goat and the beautiful cashier recommended I try it and babyyyyy I’m hooked. It’s like a rich smothered Jamaican neck bone if I had to describe the goat LOL. I had the lunch it was so good I went back for the dinner. I got yams (not pictured) instead of my plantains but it’s ok...read full review
