I tried to pick up a door dash order for a reliable customer only to find out they have my order away to another person. Please be careful when door dashing with this company. I am very unhappy and so was my customer.

Ordered from here several time 2/3 times the messed up or forgot something. 1st time was messed up orders and a forgotten burger. Which we did get coupons for the inconvenience. The other time they completely forgot the burger and the order was for 2 double burger baskets, called that same day someone takes my name and number down to resolve the issue. And I decide to go there recently and the guy at the counter tells me “we don't do that here”. When I brought up the issue and how someone took my name and number. Kinda stupid that I know it’s been done and now you don’t do it? I don’t get it. If you don’t do it what do you do to reimburse people when your employees mess up?

This place is absolutely nasty. Let me start off saying, I had a roach on my tray, when the rude lady gave it to us. The fries were cold, the burger was so greasy could not eat. I took the tray back, requested to speak to a manager, waited 15 mins before she appeared, then she practically accused me of staging the roach, and started to argue with me, I was so mad I left without getting her name, (she was not wearing a name tag) , but was a young mexican lady, long black hair. As I was speaking to this rude manager the other staff was laughing, particularly a young black man, who is supposedly a manager as well. I will NEVER be back to this place again!!!!!
I love the chocolate shakes from this place. And the butter burgers are a complete hit. Service is friendly also.

The blatant shrinkflation is wild work. Cod is half the size it used to be. Used to come to Culver's all the time for this, but definitely only coming when they've got their walleye. Fingers crossed they don't do the same thing with the walleye next year, though.
