I tried calling our order in a few times but there was no answer. She was late. She had just turned on the grill and had to wait for it to heat up. Food was cheap and tasted like it. Ice cream was good. I'm not interested in going back again.

Second time I’ve come here and service was terrible. My gravy was basically water!!! This time I came thru the drive thru, paid, and then the guy asked me to circle around and get back in line and then my food would be done. Absolutely ridiculous! 0/10 stars!!!! Worst Dairy Queen I’ve EVER been to!

Go a vanilla waffle cone. The waffle cone was tiny and I ordered a large . I have gotten this at other stores and they are 3 times this size. The cashier who was a nice young man said It the only size. Looks like the cone came from Walmart .
The cashier was a bit rude and impatient. It’s not clean flies everyone and found one in my food. NEVER WILL GO HERE

Place is alittle ran down. Ordered a medium dipped cone. I think it looks like the lumpy hat from Harry Potter. Terrible presentation! I hope posting this, will help improve training. (I came though the drive thru, about 4pm today on Wednesday May 22nd)

Horrible. Online states this Crete location is open till 930 pm during the week. We arrived at 815pm and ordered at the drive thu. However, attendant told us "Oh no you cannot order a burger we are going to clean our grill right now." So we had no choice but to order chicken tender meals. Ridiculous!?Pulled up to the window, 2 young ladies working. 1 was laughing, the other with a smirk. We had to wait 6 minutes for our food, time was not communicated. Chicken tenders were EXTREMELY SMALL AND FRIES WERE UNDER A HANDFUL SERVING. Not to mention poor customer service..and LAZY staff.We will make the drive to Indiana never going back.
