Go a vanilla waffle cone. The waffle cone was tiny and I ordered a large . I have gotten this at other stores and they are 3 times this size. The cashier who was a nice young man said It the only size. Looks like the cone came from Walmart .

Place is alittle ran down. Ordered a medium dipped cone. I think it looks like the lumpy hat from Harry Potter. Terrible presentation! I hope posting this, will help improve training. (I came though the drive thru, about 4pm today on Wednesday May 22nd)

Horrible. Online states this Crete location is open till 930 pm during the week. We arrived at 815pm and ordered at the drive thu. However, attendant told us "Oh no you cannot order a burger we are going to clean our grill right now." So we had no choice but to order chicken tender meals. Ridiculous!?Pulled up to the window, 2 young ladies working. 1 was laughing, the other with a smirk. We had to wait 6 minutes for our food, time was not communicated. Chicken tenders were EXTREMELY SMALL AND FRIES WERE UNDER A HANDFUL SERVING. Not to mention poor customer service..and LAZY staff.We will make the drive to Indiana never going back.

We bought a bag of Dilly bars and a bag of ice cream sandwiches and they must of forgot to put the cream in it,cuz it had no ice cream taste to it.Wont be back again.

I would love to give a five star but I can’t !! First off let me explain that there are bacteria and germs everywhere already as it is, they touch money. They touch everything around there already, who knows if they washed their hands and yet they grabbed the cones and start putting ice cream on it instead of grabbing a napkin and grabbing the cone and putting ice cream or wearing gloves at that. That beyond DISGUSTING if you ask me. Some people enjoy eating the cone but you can’t!!! I work in a hospital and I see a lot of people come in sick from other people not washing their hands. So it would be nice if they actually just invest in some gloves and just wear some gloves to touch other peoples orders. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t like some one touching their food after touching money or other things that are passed around with germ.
Wow, on a road trip and decided to stop by this dairy queen and the open sign was on, the drive through was open, with a sign on the door to use drive through at 6:30 pm. There was no one inside though to take our order but lights were on... What is going on in this town? Did all the dairy queen employees decide to strike today? Such a waste of my time to even stop here, and a waste of time for the 2 other people waiting behind us. SKIP THIS PLACE! Keep driving and find another fast food place that at least has employees working on a Friday at 6:30 pm. Jeez

Nice place, slow service though. Only two ladies waiting on customers, one in drive thru one at counter. There should be more staff, but not their fault. The ice cream is good, but you could tell by the quality that they were rushed making desserts. I would visit again, but hopefully the manager adds staff to help at the counter and window. Interior needs some updating, kinda blah....

They are very slow. Your ice cream is melted before you get it. They are super expensive. A large blizzard cost almost 7.00. Meals are truly high, too. I can make blizzards at home cheaper. A pack of oreo cookies and your choice of ice cream easy and blend ❤️ together
