My Discovery Box was very disappointing. The cinnamon twists tasted strange, almost like old oil, and left a weird aftertaste. The Gordita shell was extremely hard—I couldn’t even eat it. On top of that, no sauce was included with my order.
I’ve had this food before and it was never like this, so something has definitely changed. Whether it’s new staff or lack of attention, the quality has gone downhill. Please slow down and be more careful when preparing food—people deserve meals that are fresh and properly made.

UPDATE: Taco Bell didn't issue me a refund so I had to file a complaint with the State of Illinois. As soon as Taco Bell received the complaint I got a voicemail from Taco Bell saying they've issued me a refund. That took over 1 month.
I ordered through the mobile app and they were out of the burritos I ordered. No big deal. I asked for a refund for the missing items and they told me they wouldnt refund me the $16.00 for the missing burritos that I would have to contact their corporate office through the app. I tried and so far nothing. I guess Ill have to try calling the corporate office tomorrow.
If I would have waited and ordered at the drive thru window none of this would have happened.
Really a terrible way to treat a customer.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First off, walked in to order inside instead of the drive thru because I’ve had nothing but issues ordering here in the drive thru. Stood in there for almost 10 mins and nobody would come to the counter to take my order. Ended up going through the drive thru.. ordered a Crunchwrap supreme meal slightly modified nothing crazy. Get home take a bite and they literally took a tostada put lettuce and the extra toppings I asked for on it and just wrapped it in a tortilla. No meat nothing just lettuce and pico de gallo. The fact they took this much effort to purposely make my order wrong is crazy. Awful service, awful food, awful employees and overall awful location. If I could give zero stars I would.

I brought my kids here to eat and what surprise my kids received on a sauce packet..... how do I even explain this.... Im disappointed of the quality and care this establishment has.....

The first time I went to eat, the restaurant smelled dirty and if you look around, it looks as if nothing has been cleaned in a year the second time my wife got food and it was an absolute mess food everywhere not 1 ounce of melted cheese, cold beans Cold food in general she also told me that the workers dress codes were not up to par and she even said that one rolled its shirt up and was showing a belly button which I could not. Believe The first time my son and I waited one hour to dine in that is ridiculous. I will never return to this location.

Insane wait times even when no one is there , and have gotten my order the last 3 times in a row I’ve been there.
I just walked into this establishment and nobody was working except for one girl who was eating while on the clock. Also the other workers was outside talking instead of taking orders. This is a very horrible look on this business. In my opinion they all need to be fired. I would never go back here,I'd rather drive far than spend my money here. Everyone was very unprofessional, they didn't even greet or acknowledge us,so we left. It also smell like a pet store. Please hire better people.

This is the third and last time and last time I am ordering here. Not one time did they get the order right. This time I ordered 3 combo boxes. Two of them were missing something. When I called the store no one answered. I don't want to drive all the way back to complain. I just won't ever go back.

Went thru drivethru for breakfast, was met with silence. Drive past the window, there was someone already inside and hours according to here said open. I concur the hours are untrue and is completely understaffed. Super disappointed. First and last time trying this location!Have a wonderful morning 🌄
