“Quick stop after Peoria Airport! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is good solid bar food. The tenderloin was tasty and HUGE. Beer was nice and cold!!! We will return to try other menu items when in the area as everything looked good.“

“Hot delicious meals! Chutney dip appetizer was amazing !! While dine we heard 2 different patron remarks on they’re entree’s as , the best they ever had . Great service!!! Great atmosphere! Clean restrooms! We have never been able to finish our meals!! Always we take home leftovers!!“

“This place was it! Came here last minute to watch the World Cup Final from another place that didn’t have AC or enough TV’s. They were very accommodating for our group of 8. Good drink deals great service. The atmosphere felt like a local bar, with the chit chatter, but also very welcoming to our out of state group!
Ps. The seats were extremely comfortable!!“

“Seen this place on FB and decided to give a try when we were over that way. Customer service was excellent! My husband ordered wings and I got a quesadilla( the chicken in it had some spice and it had tomatoes, onions and jalapeños in it) both were very good! My husband ordered boneless wing and they made a mistake and gave him bone in wings, he gave him those free and then brought him his boneless ones too and thanked him for his patience. Those wings (he had the blackened bbq wings) are fantastic!! They have a little bit of a char on them and some sauce almost like the sauce is baked into them..it’s not dripping with sauce so u can’t taste anything but sauce..which I hate. If I could describe the perfect wings..these would be it! Great place , great service and great bar food..we will be back!! ty Hammer’s!!“

“Need better Management that doesn't drink or do drugs. I wouldn't recommend going in there with family or children or ordering anything off the menu.The day shift kitchen staff isn't good as they claim.The service is very slow and the food isn't all that great neither.There management isn't very friendly and unpleasant and racist as well.“

“My wife and I found this place a couple months back and I am yet to find something on the menu that isn’t delicious. Not only is it great food, it’s at a great price too. I’ve also stopped in for a couple of beers and enjoyed the atmosphere.“

“Although I have never been to this establishment I have met the owner in Prospect Ky on Veterans Day this year. I was picking up some groceries for my family at a local Kroger and was checking out and in front of me was a young man who was finishing up his order and saw that I was a retired military veteran from the hat I was wearing. He wish me a happy Veterans Day and thanked me for my service and in kind I thanked him for the recognition. He then spoke to cashier and hung around while I thought nothing of this until I went to pay and he said I got this for you! I was floored by this act of kindness but I said to him not necessary and that I would get the bill and he said absolutely not. At that I stood down and said thank you very much… Semper fi brother and am praying that you have a great holiday and that God truly blessed you and your family ! Be well, Gunner H Retiredusmc“

“Shout out to Maria and her team tonight! Husband picked up two different kinds of wings to go and they were perfect! And he had a very Nice time visiting with Maria as always and came home smiling. Can’t wait to eat out again!!!!“
“We came in with a large bunch (kids included) on St Patrick's day. They had a stand going upstairs as well. The staff upstairs were great about letting us hide our strollers and wagons away behind them while we went down for drinks and food. The staff was great and right on the ball with everything we needed! it was fantastic!“

“Crusens is a must whether you live here or just visiting. It's family owned and they have a great crew who knows what it means to take care of the customer. I have been going to Crusens for 30 plus years and it's changed a lot over the years and it's grown a lot. I've had date night there, company Christmas party there, boys night out, crashed a few girls night out no matter what it's a great time“

“I've been a long-time fan of Whitey's BBQ. Used to go to the location on E Washington Street almost once a week before COVID struck. They even catered my wedding rehearsal dinner, so I had to try the food at the new location. The pulled pork sandwich was just as good as I remembered. With even better quality buns. And the sauce is the same award winning sauce I love. They did switch from straight homemade fries to waffle cut and I think my friend and I prefer the original fries, but overall it was still a very delicious meal that brought back a lot of fond memories!“
