“We went to the MacDonalds on Bowman Avenue Friday evening. We ordered at the drive through window. After waiting at least 10 minutes to order, we waited at least 10 more minutes for one drink because they said the machine was broken for one drink and they didn't serve the other one. When we finally got to the pickup window, all the staff were laughing, yelling, and messing around. Hence the reason for two long lines of customers at the drive through. Unacceptable!“
“The food was good, typical McDs. The only complaint I have is the manager on duty did not have her hair pulled up. It was a shorter cut, just above the shoulders but she was running her hand through her hair constantly because it was in her face. The way she was dressed and acted, she was probably a higher up manager that usually doesn't work the line. But still, ur around food, pull ur hair up. And wash ur hands.“
“I enjoyed this location so much! Not only does it have a Play Place but the decor features interesting people from Illinois and story boards about their lives. I received excellent service at the counter and also table service from an employee that filled my coffee while I was studying. A remarkable experience here. Thank you very much“
