“I love getting my Holiday pies and Lrg Caramel Frapee with 3 shots of extra caramel. I love how when they're absolutely fresh they taste just like fresh baked sugar cookies straight out of the oven. I love everything about my caramel Frapee. Service is super fast when using the online app and especially if you go there several times a day they get to know you as their regular. The price could be cheaper for sure. Ordering was so simple I did it on the app. online app makes it super fast, convenient and simple plus makes pmts all in one.“

“usually i have great experiences here, especially since i place my mobile order at my job and head home from charleston, its always ready and hot. yet today someone had messed up and didnt process my mobile order after going thru the drive thru. once i got to the window, not only was i given the wrong receipt but they started to hand me food that wasnt mine. i kindly was like “i have a coke!” since i understand confusion and fast environments and it happens to us all, yet i get a dirty look and i over hear a staff member comment “this is what happens when you do a mobile order while in the line”. first of all, i placed that before my 20 minute drive. secondly, i would keep comments to urself when ur drive thru window is open. rude as all be, just to then give me a rushed order that didnt follow what i had placed. usually i dont care, but the rude looks and utterly wrong statements turned me off quick. its ok to make mistakes but it also isnt always the customers fault.“
