McDonald's in West Lafayette

“Drive thru lines moved quickly for a peak time. I had to pull forward as my food wasn't ready which took an extra 5 minutes or so. The benefit was that the food was hot, fresh and delicious. They did forget our dipping sauce for the McNuggets.“

“I’ve read some reviews that say wait times are long, food is often wrong, etc. However, that has never been my experience. I will say, though, that I always order via mobile and either pick up curbside or in the drive-thru. I’ve also never ordered anything but breakfast at this location. One thing to know beforehand is that the coupons at this location differ from those at the other West Lafayette location, but they always have a deal going on, so I usually end up spending the same as I would have had I used a coupon.“

“I got a mocha frappe and it was genuinely the best drink I've ever had. Whoever was working at around 8:15 on 11/12/25 and made my frappe needs a raise. PLEASE give them a raise. Give them a high five. Give them a promotion. Fantastic.“

“I came thru and got 2 Big Macs like 10 minutes before these guys closed (didn't know they were closing early for pre-Thanksgiving but 🤷🏼‍♂️) and they were absolutely stellar and the sandwiches SMASHED 10/10 thanks y'all“

“The staff does their job to the best of their ability. The customer in front of me messed up the order of cars, then didn’t listen to the lady who asked if she had my order, the person in front of me lied and said yea (not paying attention), so then I get to the window they ask if I have order___(I say no, because the person in front of me again messed up), and by the time that interaction is done, the person in front of my already is driving off with my order, so then they have to make it again (and they do with no complaints), anyway very decent staff very understanding, friendly, and if a woman complains that around 8:45 pm today they messed up her order, she lied and needs to pay attention. Also the staff were being very courteous of other food and trying to make sure other food behind me wasn’t getting cold and or was getting made relatively fresh.“
