Ordered using mobile app. Got to speaker and they took my mobile number and told me to pull forward. 20 mins later finally get to second window and the girl told me oh sorry we are out of pancakes. I asked her why I wasn’t told at speaker before waiting 20 mins or offered money back or something to replace? Just nothing sorry you waited for nothing. She said she didn’t know. None of the knew lol!! What???? Do better
The staff does their job to the best of their ability. The customer in front of me messed up the order of cars, then didn’t listen to the lady who asked if she had my order, the person in front of me lied and said yea (not paying attention), so then I get to the window they ask if I have order___(I say no, because the person in front of me again messed up), and by the time that interaction is done, the person in front of my already is driving off with my order, so then they...read full review
McDonald’s is supposed to be a quick and convenient stop for food & I wish it was. We’ve been to this location many times and darn near EVERY SINGLE TIME… they haven’t forgotten something. I don’t think I’ll attempt to stop here again. It’s absurd.
