McDonald's in Noblesville

“I love coming to this location for breakfast and/or lunch all because of Ms. Joy and her extraordinary customer service skills, she knows how to greet the customer properly, she makes sure that the order is hot and correct and her smile lights up the world. Her conversation will definitely make your mood change in a great way if you are having a rough morning or struggling throughout the day. It’s always a pleasure to see her face at the window, she is doing an outstanding job and makes my day every time I see her. Keep up the phenomenal work Ms. Joy and your name fits you to the T. ?“

“This is a super clean and nice McDonald's. I miss the old decor but this one was family friends rather than some others that seem old like they are going to an office building vibe. Food was what you expect from McDonald's. I would only eat here because my kids wanted to. Otherwise if I want to pay $12 for a combo meal, I'll go to Chili's. First time getting milkshakes there in a long time too. That's another thing I miss. You used to be able to get good and large milkshakes for a decent price. Now they are small but have whipped cream so they can be $5.“

“A lot of things could improve. We had a party of 7. Two orders were completely wrong, especially the cheese burgers with no cheese on them. Kind of a lack luster type atmosphere. Tables wiped down but empty cups left on the tables. Was told that ketchup pumps were empty because another company comes in and fills them up. Another employee says we don't use them because we have packets. No constituency throughout the store. Let's try and work on standards. Best of luck.

“It was packed out but the manager was a real nice guy and class act. They forgot one thing and the manager right away went to the back of and made our food and handed it to me. No yelling just calm collected and took care of it himself. 5 stars just for the hard worker in that guy“
