“Unfortunately, in today's world, we have lost what it means ? to have customer service and genuine people who care. After 30 years of this industry, I walked away from something I loved to do ! The food well, it's McDonald's, it's a staple! What do you say! Cold it hot it's McDonald's!??? “

“My group came here for the Play Place. It's not a large size one, but at least they have one. The kids loved it. The place was clean. They brought the food to us. The order was correct. The food was hot & fresh. The only downfall was no drink refills. We'll be back.“

“McDonald’s - Greenwood, IN - Pleasantly surprised

I’d heard this McDonald’s had rough reviews, so I went in with low expectations. They’ve definitely upped their game.

Highlights:
- Food: Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and it was the freshest, best quality burger I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Beef was hot off the grill, juicy, cheese perfectly melted, bun was soft and not soggy. Fries were hot, crispy, and salted just right. Everything tasted made-to-order.
- Service: Staff was quick, polite, and seemed to actually care. Order was accurate and ready fast even during lunch rush.
- Store: Lobby and dining area were clean. Self-serve kiosks worked well and the drink station was stocked.

Heads up:
- Reputation: I came in expecting the worst based on old reviews, but this visit was night-and-day different. If you wrote this place off before, it’s worth giving another shot.

If your local McDonald’s has been hit-or-miss, this Greenwood location is proof they can get it right. Best McD’s burger I’ve had in years.“

“I know y'all have had some issues with evening orders. I know I have in the past. But the morning shift…the breakfast is always good. I have never had issues with breakfast food & the morning crew service. I love to go through some mornings and get hash browns! Line moves quickly and hash browns seem fresh!“
