“Typically McDonald's is a drive thru for me...I took grandson to the playplace and was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff, clean restroom and playplace was VERY CLEAN! Safe and fun and FREE place for him to let out his energy, just pay for food or drinks. Excellent service, hot food and I absolutely will be bringing him back!“

“The best McDonald's I have been to in a long time! Sycamore store in Kokomo.The young lady working the front was fabulous! Such a wonderful person all the way around! Miss Lizzie helped cash us out. She brought our food out to us. She went around with coffee to refill the folks cups who was sitting down! She is just an awesome person! “Except for one time, this place always has my correct order ready to go. The one time, I didn't realize til I got home but I'm surprised it hasn't happened more often, given they're always busy. Staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I'm waiting on my order right now as a matter of fact and I think I may have gone to the wrong window.“
“This review isn’t based off of one experience, but multiple experiences over the last month. I have to say, I’m actually surprised this location doesn’t receive great, if not sub-par, reviews. This is the only McDonald’s location I visit in Kokomo anymore. The service is quick, even when there is a long line in the drive through. The food is hot and fresh most of the time. I can’t say this location has ever screwed up my order. They don’t park cars and make you wait 10 minutes for a burger and some fries like the other locations. And quite honestly, the service isn’t even bad. Yes, the people working the drive through may speak monotonously sometimes, but they still ask if you need anything else in your bag before handing it to you and acknowledge you when saying, “Have a good day”. We’re all human. These employees are tired, they’re busy, and they’re doing their best. Hands down the best location in town.“
