McDonald's in Kokomo

“Ordered a big arch and double cheese burger today. The buns were to over done. They rehit the timer button on the food warmers. When the timers go off it should be put in the waste bucket. The meat was dry and over salted. Same reason the timers. The lettuce on the big arch was turning brown. I order 2 sausage age muffins a few days back it was the same way. Muffins hard and dry and the meat and eggs rubberized. I wont return there. They don't care if we get fresh food. I wouldn't even let my dog have it.“

“When the line of cars is ten deep, it's faster to park and go directly to the counter with your App open.
They still do not have the timer on their sign set properly. If you aren't sure where it is, there's a good chance you'll miss it.“

“You want McDonald's in Kokomo Indiana? This is the best McDonald's in town. The food is always fresher and the fries are always crispy. When I want McDonald's I drive across town to this one. Everyone has always been very friendly and the service has been excellent.“

“I’ve been a regular at this McDonald's location for over a year, often visiting once or twice daily. I usually order something and work quietly on my laptop or on small personal projects. I’ve always tried to be respectful of the space and the staff. Most employees here have been consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. I truly appreciate those interactions — they’ve made many of my visits enjoyable. That said, I had an awkward moment recently. A customer was being rude and disruptive in the lobby. I reacted poorly in the moment, saying something harsh in frustration. I recognize that wasn’t my best choice, and I’m reflecting on how to handle such situations more calmly in the future. There was also some confusion during an evening shift where a new employee seemed unsure about what I was doing at my table. It felt awkward to be discussed publicly rather than addressed directly. Clear, private communication would have made the situation smoother. Overall, I’ve had many positive visits here, and I hope future concerns can be handled respectfully. I’m thankful for the staff who consistently make this location a welcoming space, and I’m moving forward with a healthier routine and perspective.“

“Except for one time, this place always has my correct order ready to go. The one time, I didn't realize til I got home but I'm surprised it hasn't happened more often, given they're always busy. Staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I'm waiting on my order right now as a matter of fact and I think I may have gone to the wrong window.“
