Greg was working the drive through on Saturday 9/19/26 in the morning and I was having a really bad morning and he noticed and asked what was wrong. He offered to get me food later that day when lunch started and he was generous and kind. I really needed a pick me up and Greg was there for me when it wasn’t possible for others to be with me. Thank you for being such a kind soul Greg!
I ordered online and I got a notification saying that my order was on the way and done. I still have not received my order. It’s been 20 minutes. They are slow. The employees are slow. These employees should not be working here. I think these employees need to be fired honestly, they don’t even look like they know what they’re doing. Just a bad environment.
Redbull Dragonberry is fire. Their 2 for $3 mix and match breakfast is also awesome

Inflation has affected the pricing at McDonald's, leading some customers to consider sit-down restaurants instead. Overall, while not the most pleasant experience, many still find it typical for fast food giants. Nevertheless, there have been positive remarks about fast service and excellent customer service, making it one of the best McDonald's experiences for some.
