This McDonald's is the rudest and rip off place. Of course I ordered a McFrappe here on the mobile app to be told once I got to the window that the Manager was fixing the machine. I asked how long and was told they didn't know. I asked the young lady at the window if they could just refund it and she said yes. I've waited for my refund now for about 3 weeks. I went there tonight and explained my situation and was told I'd need to prove it. I let the person on the phone know I was here now because I work part time at Bath and Body Works and live 30 min away. She said I needed to walk in. I did. And not a single person working here acknowledged me. Piss poor service. If I wanted to steal something I assure you it wouldn't be a Mcfrappe trust me.

Rude staff. The makeline had 17 people working on it, and my order still took 25 minutes. Then, of course, like clockwork, my food is made incorrectly. When I asked for a side of the sauce that was missing from my 7 dollar sandwich, the employee got an attitude as if I was lying and said, "whatchu mean ain't got no sauce."Not once did anyone smile or greet myself or other customers. All around, I would not recommend stopping at this location. If companies are going to keep jacking prices up across the board, I would expect service and training to reflect the added expense of eating here.

Except for one time, this place always has my correct order ready to go. The one time, I didn't realize til I got home but I'm surprised it hasn't happened more often, given they're always busy. Staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I'm waiting on my order right now as a matter of fact and I think I may have gone to the wrong window.

Just don't. Save yourself. This is one of the worst, if not THE worst McDonalds in Kokomo. That's already a REALLY low bar, and they somehow manage to drag it lower.Just go home, cook. You could make a 5 course meal, eat, and clean up in the time you wait for your terrible, lukewarm, incorrect food.
