“Went about 1am they were very nice, food came quick, it was correct and it was hot. It's my preferred McDonalds in Muncie.

“This location is not recommended. I made a mobile order and had to go inside and wait at least 15 minutes to get my food. Of the 4 drinks that were with our meals, they only gave us 1 so I had to go back in and wait another 10 minutes to get them. Be aware!! Check your order as they are wrong very often.“

“I don't leave many reviews, but when you walk into a building not expecting to recieve the service I did, I'm making this review in the parking lot. QUAN, RACHEL, The very very kind security woman in the lobby, all went above and beyond to assist me. I had over 9 drinks and several bags of food. Quran didn't hesitate to offer help even when it wasn't asked for. Rachel went above and beyond to help me get everything together. The Security Employee needs so much recognition!! Above and beyond, so kind and so sweet.
This team really made my day and went above and beyond with their accommodations to me, never once did I ask for that. Thank you guys for being awesome. Give this team a round of applause, and a raise too!“

“I accidentally placed my order without checking where the app had sent it, and the app hadn’t updated my location in a while so it sent the meal to the wrong location. We’d only placed an order for a happy meal, covered by points from previous visits. We got to the drive thru of the store we actually meant to order from, and I asked RJ what I should do, and not only was he extremely friendly the entire time, but he went out of his way to talk to the manager and got the meal covered to make up for our loyalty points lost. Saved the day for us, every penny counts these days and it was so appreciated to have a human moment.“
