Suck self service like McDonald’s
It took us 33 minutes to get through the drive thru and get our food. You would think with that long of a wait the food would be fresh but fries were soggy and cold, burgers barely luke warm. And no spoons for the shakes. really.... we regret choosing steak and shake!

Although a kiosk is now used for ordering, the overall experience remains positive. Customers appreciated the quick, delicious food and attentive service from the staff, making each visit enjoyable.
