Culvers! Normally, I would recommend. However! on 06/18, I ordered the sourdough melt, double, with grilled onions, pickle and mustard. Yum...usually. I got it, drove home, unwrapped. This is what I got. A single with correct ingredient. Evidently the preparer realized his or her mistake. He or she tore the sandwich in half and flopped the burger onto the other half. Then wrapped it as a supposedly whole sandwich, along with the gommy remnants of the bread of the other half...read full review
For at least the last year the service is poor. Orders are often incorrect. Some employees seem to be slacking.
Tonight the drive through was packed so we went inside. A lady from the drive up came in and said she’s been waiting 20 minutes for her food. Many people were seated and almost all of them were waiting on their food. The service was not impressive although one male employee that I encounter often here is always pleasant and a hard worker.
