“It's a real shame that so many local businesses have a labor shortage. I've noticed it everywhere. This store is no exception. However the customer service here is always excellent. The manager and driver we have spoken with on a few occasions are empathetic and apologetic when an order takes longer than expected. It seems like just a few employees are working really hard here to keep this place running. Our pizza is almost always excellent quality and at the worst good quality. If we want local businesses to stay open we need to cut them some slack.“
“Stopped here one night and my boyfriend went in to order. He ordered just a large pepperoni and some cheese bread. Just something simple because we had been traveling all day and just wanted something quick so we could get to a hotel and call it a night. So he placed the order and told him it would be about 20-25 minutes. So after 25 minutes he went back in to get the food, while I sat in the car waiting for him to come back out. And wait I did. “We ordered a pizza last night for delivery and was told an hour later which was almost closing time they didn't have a delivery driver, they said we could pick it up though which is what we did. Even though we ordered pepperoni but got sausage and had to pick it up ourselves I'm still giving them 4 stars. Attitude and customer service means a lot, the employee made it right by giving us the pizza for free and had a very positive attitude.Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, it's how you deal with it that matters and in my opinion the situation was handled well. It can make all the difference between getting a 1 star review or a 4 star review. This definitely won't keep me from ordering there again.“
