Waited all year (return from vacation) to get my sandwich at the Urbana site. Got a Que-ban sandwich to go. Discovered down the road that I was given honey mustard sauce instead of the queso that came on the sandwich for the last few years. Sandwich was still good, but not NEARLY as awesome as it could have been.
Stayed at the hotel next door after a U of I football game and decided to eat here. Had 2 sandwiches that were reasonably priced and pretty tasty, would eat there again if back in town.
Ordered loaded pulled pork nachos at drive up window due to broken headsets, per notice at menu board. Got home and found NO mixed sauce as asked for. Instead we had 2 bowls of chili (wife is pissed!). I ordered the Texas Cue-ban, what a disappointment! Bread was soggy and pickles were few. Only included 1 packet of plastic ware, we expected 2. The whole experience has us questioning if we will return. This has never been such a disappointment in all the years we've eaten...
