They almost lost me with a weak sandwich with barely any tuna. But they were awesome and sent some bodacious slim 5 that were on par with the JJs I know to love. Keep it up guys! Also your driver was amazing 👏

Terrible service. For the second time, my sandwich is disgusting when i specifically asked them to make sure my order was right. For the second time, order a cubano, and they give me old breasld no cheese, no bacon, no mayo. Just ham and pickles. I made a complaint, and they did nothing. All should be fired .

Visited on 06/09/2025 at 9:20 the doors were locked so we went thru the drive thru. Said they were out of bread and I ordered a toasted sandwich couldn’t put it on the little john, so my sister laughed bc we had been to three drive thru at that point and were just at a loss at our bad luck. The guy said ‘okay well now I’m not making you anything goodbye’ and wouldn’t take our order. Horrible service

Worker took our money and without changing his gloves makes our sandwiches. The other worker coughs in his hand then makes someone else's sandwich. This place needs some better training. High priced food should have better quality control.

Every single time we come through this location, the employees talk to us like we are garbage. Other friends have had the same experience. Sometimes they don’t even greet us at the speaker, they sit there in silence until we ask if someone’s there. I don’t know if you’re there or not I don’t have a sensor that tells me when you’re ready, YOU DO. I don’t expect you to love your job. However I expect you to be tolerable. I shouldn’t leave the place feeling frustrated with how I’m treated just because I wanted a sandwich. I’m always overly polite with people in service industries because I know it gets old and it sucks. I always use terms like “Yes ma’am, yes sir, thank you I appreciate you”. Show some respect or go work in a factory.

Ordered a couple sandwiches at 1:34 it is now 3:00 still no food. Freaky fast my ass. This will be the last time I order delivery from here if I could cancel or take my tip back I would. Tips are for good service not incompetence

My mother and I decided to have a mid dinner, we got our order and sat down. To enjoy our dinner when the guy with the long hair, and the tall guy were saying rude comments, we ignored it and finished eating. We throw are garbage away and the black guy told us have a good day. It was the tall guy who said a rude comments, as we walked out.
