Ruby's at Airport Plaza

People go there to get drunk and they do not play the machines and management allows it and doesn't do anything when they get drunk and start bothering customers playing the machines.

First visit ever went to the Ruby’s in Wood River walked up to the machine inserted $20 didn’t even spin machine froze - they had to call a tech to come and fix it.
