This place needs to have better customer service and attitude. Show more confidence in your work and be more alert and happy! Coming from experience in food service, I would hire better management and teach the staff to be faster and more efficient at what they do.
I had our food delivered they didn't include our gravy or dipping sauce. When called they didn't even try compensation in any form knowing we couldn't make it up there. Maybe double check bags going out for delivery.
Waited in line 25 minutes for 2 legs, 2 wings, and 2 Cole slaw. Cars were backed up. Long line inside too. Cashier very friendly but did not update me as to why it was taking so long.
