I remember when this place used to have lines down the block, & a packed parking lot. I hate that they seem to be a vanishing franchise, but I can give my opinions on a couple of mistakes they've made that have likely cost them business. One being the drastically downsized menu. They used to offer full dinners, and had the BEST cheddar bacon burgers on kaiser buns with cheese sauce. Not anymore. Their chili used to be delicious.
