3/7/25 Went thru the drive thru, order was wrong. I went inside and witnessed 2 employee's arguing, with foul language while kids were present. Then 2 employee's walked out of the store while a line of customers were present. 2 customers came in and started taking orders to the cars waiting in the drive thru. When I got my order, the mac was old and cold, the fries and chicken were ok. The pie had a raw flour coating. I feel the employee's are only as good as the management...read full review
I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this Popeyes location. I found a BUG in my food after I had already eaten part of my meal. The thought of unknowingly eating food that had an insect in it makes me feel sick. This is not a small mistake, this is a serious food safety and cleanliness issue.
