Very good pizza and cookies is amazing. The customer service was excellent very down-home respectable and very clean atmosphere. I love it if you want your family to be relaxed and have a good meal that is a good place to go.
I actually like the pizza but the wait staff is terrible. Every time that I go there, you have to wait for five minutes before anyone comes to the counter...It is kind of bizarre. Like, is no one running the counter? And then when someone shows up, they make you feel like you interrupted something important in the kitchen..IDK the place has slot machines or whatever gambling stuff but I just want a pizza....It is either a pizza place or a gambling place. Whatever, good pizza, bad service...

Hubby and I went to get a pizza and play a bit while we waited for our order. Let me first say that ordinarily, we LOVE Lulu's pizza, it's one of our favorites, but what we got last night was unacceptable, what is going on Lulu's? Girl taking my order was less than friendly, seemed annoyed that I interrupted her from her phone. Got the pizza home and it looked horrible! Way over cooked, the crust looked like cardboard and was about 4 inches wide the whole way around so only about half our pizza had any sauce and toppings. Crust was so hard and over cooked it was completely uneatable, the 10 or so small squares in the middle were rubbery and tasted like cardboard, the toppings and cheese were borderline burnt and tasteless. We are not picky, entitled people, it takes A LOT for me to complain, but this was by far the worst pizza we've ever had!
Pizza is always excellent, gals that work there are nice. I don't mind going in there and ordering a pizza for carryout cuz I get to push the button while I wait. Lol.
