This is by far the best Pizza Hut in the area. The food is great, but what really pushes this Pizza Hut above the rest (and most any pizza place for that matter) is the exceptional service from the Manager here. Amanda is passionate about her job and does a great job making her customers happy and satisfied. The food is always excellent, but what really makes me come back consistently is her wonderful attitude. She has made my day on multiple occasions. One time I had an issue with my delivery, and after apologizing for the mixup, it was taken care of and corrected within 15 minutes. I couldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut enough. I recommend ordering directly from Pizza Hut rather than DoorDash, as the drivers here are great as well.
I've always had decent service ordering delivery. Not sure how it's so difficult going to carry out. Last time I went there and the window had a tint that seemingly made it so the cashier couldn't see me and I spent close to 30 minutes waiting for someone to notice me. The most recent time was the worst. I put in my order at 5:15. due at 5:48. I pull up and there's an issue with a another customer and staff going back and forth that goes all the way until atleast 6:30. But the time I get up there the order is cooled off and I'm just ready to call it a day. I'm not the type of guy that even writes reviews, but the past few times have been so frustrating.

ordered thru door dash. Once it arrived my pp was in a plastic bag. The bag was sticky. It also was on the top of pizza box, I called and manager thought it was sauce. Told her it didn't have a smell. She said she could replace it and it d be a hour. 15 minutes the manager was delivering it, I told her customer service needed improvement Her next message was...if you want your pizza you'll have to come n get it. I got in my car and got my money refunded.

Ordered a thin crust w mushrooms sausage onion & sweet sauce & extra cheese. Barely any sauce on it at all, couldnt even taste it.& no way extra cheese was on it. & gave them a $4.50 tip & it was carry out, $30 for 1 pizza- papa Murphys next time--- I took pictures but won't give option to post them

Not worth the price pizza not good crust seems very greasy wings sections should not be counted as one wing they are tiny not willing to drop a 100 bucks for a family meal again insane and nasty

took over 3 hours on Halloween night just for them too message me and refund, Then told us it is what is and there will be no compensation
Roe and Ashley are amazing super friendly and always have good attitudes make u feel welcome. The food is always fresh and taste really good. Roe made a recommendation for me to try the melts and they were so good will definitely be getting again!!!!!!! 10/10 would recommend

Called in for a regular delivery order. Was rudely told it was 10.00 more than usual. Ordered the same thing 10 times always been 19.00+tip. Was told 29.and change. Seems to me someone trying to make 10 bucks on the side. I wonder if they do this to everyone. I won't call this place again.
