(Decatur ,IL) You could tell that this nighttime crew really cared about what they were doing, completely focused on the tasks, shouting out calls with ease and response heard was just as quick. Everyone fit well into their positions and did them well! They even stayed calm and collected when dealing with semi frustrated customers in the middle of the rush they were in! I couldn't do that the way they were...No matter the wait, the food was hot and fresh, everything was there...
This Popeyes has some issues with staffing having child care. There's times when there are 1 to 2 children sitting in a booth while their parent works. Not really a very good atmosphere to dine.
Service was really good. The two ladies that took my order were very nice and courteous. The chicken was done, and crispy how I liked, but seemed not to be seasoned. The red Beans and rice were like mush mostly. This was Monday evening Dec 8th.
