My husband and I don't get out for a date night very often and we had a wonderful meal on 7/25 at Carson's Deerfield. Our server Jessica was friendly and attentive, even splitting our wedge salad for us. She also gave us advice about bringing a family member who is currently wheelchair bound. It has been a while since we've eaten at Carson's but we will be back soon.
The food and atmosphere are top tier; the prime rib is easily the best prime rib I’ve ever had. Scott provided excellent service. Without exaggeration, my wine and water glasses were never empty. The owner is amazing; he does what he can to stop by every table to make sure they’re taken care of. Highly recommend
It's really just about the ribs! They are some of the best you can get! Family also had chicken, which was dry and over-cooked. Staff immediately replaced it. Creamed spinich is delicious. NY strip was also very good.
