I wanted to give this location props for their lunch on 8/17. Walking in around 1pm, I could tell they had had their butts handed to them and were obviously understaffed. However, in my perspective they were handling the hangry customers very well, were staying calm and the staff that was present seemed to know what they were doing. Best fast casual experience I’ve had in years. Portions were reasonably sized. I got a salad and an entrée for a very reasonable price. all the staff was friendly, pleasant, helpful, and actually seemed like they were enjoying their jobs! It’s been probably a decade since I last ate at noodles and Co. and now I’m thinking about going back soon.
The food is good. Customer service needs a little bit more work.
