Went to Five Guys in Dekalb tonight and I asked to have my burger to be cooked well done. The lady refused and said that they cook them the five guys way, so unfortunately I get to eat a pink burger for $20. I guess the customer is no longer right. I was surprised to see that they would rather loose a sale than to consider the customer. Very disappointing experience.
