Our office ordered the catering taco bar for 16 people. We had ordered it roughly a year prior and were very satisfied. This time was not the case. The price doubled and the portions were so small! This used to be my favorite restaurant but the last couple years the service has gone downhill and the food is no longer consistent sadly. It seems like the rice and beans (used to be the best around) are now either hard and old or taste rubbery. If you try to place a to go order it's a disaster, girls mumbling on the phone acting as is they don't wat to be there and you need to repeat your order 3-4 times and they still screw it up. Los Rancheros is a restaurant with a friendly staff and good food, handling busy nights well. The menu offers unique items, like boujee burritos that some find too cheesy and similar to enchiladas. The restaurant is very clean and has a movie set-like appearance. The food is very delicious and fresh and they give you plenty. Service is fast, friendly, and patient. The dining in experience is wonderful with a great atmosphere and good service. The takeout, however, has been disappointing with orders missing key ingredients. The chicken meat is praised for being the best. Overall, the food is excellent and the price is reasonable.
