This is a new Arby’s location and feels clean and modern. It’s fast food so don’t expect anything different but the service was quick and I like that they slice the meat for each sandwich. I think it may taste better - who knows? Overall this is a good location.

Food is great if you get what you actually ordered, bad drive thru service, totally unorganized employees have no idea who ordered what. Out of 5 drive thru visits we got the correct order once! We were excited to get an Arby's back in the neighborhood, we are very disappointed as are several other friends we know have had the same problem. The wait time at the drive thru is long and when you get home with your surprise order it's usually cold
So glad Arby's is back in Des Plaines!
