I love having Biggby coffee so close to my house! The coffee is delicious and so many great combinations. The food is delightful, especially those waffle sandwiches! And the staff is awesome! So friendly and quick. Even when there are long lines, it still moves fast. I wasn’t familiar with that brand until I went to Michigan and saw them there. So happy Biggby opened in Des Plaines. I was there opening day and the next, and the drinks were spot on both times. Great staff and Sarah, the owner is fantastic. Highly recommend!!

BIGGBY COFFEE in Des Plaines is a welcome new addition. The coffee is absolutely amazing, smooth, and delicious with a great variety of latte's and other drinks with balanced flavors. The food is delightful and great, especially those waffle sandwiches and the asiago bagel with turkey, egg and cheese sandwich. The staff is awesome, friendly, quick, professional, and fantastic, contributing to a great experience even when lines are long. The drive-through can be challenging with no clear signs and difficulty exiting when busy, and there was one noted order error. Overall, it is a great alternative, putting other shops to shame. Many are excited it is open and plan to return, recommending it highly. The promise of outdoor seating for summer is also a nice prospect.
