Came for pick up, pf course they didn't have numerous products as usual, then got yelled at YOUR WELCOME. One lady, I was saying excuse me 6 times trying to get help , not sure if she speaks English but she ignored me and had her ear buds in. Never witnessed this in my life. Never coming back. Horrible customer service. 3 lady's working on Thursday the 7th of May at 1:50am

Never go here. Weird staff they laugh at you behind your back and ignore every details of order. They lock their restrooms without any reason. You have to buy something to use restrooms. Worst location. They should change their employees.

Terrible service. Unfriendly staff. I wanted to buy a bag of decaf coffee, this coffee was not in stock. Then I asked for the key to the restroom, and the cashier wouldn't give it to me, saying I had to buy something from her first! Incredibly friendly woman! But I needed decaf, which she didn't have at the time!Better choose another location!

Hello, I have to lower my ratings. because the service has gotten worse, people have changed, and the service has changed. The coffee is not tasty, the chay-tea latte is terrible, and the frappuccino is generally terrible. Teach your team to make high-quality, tasty drinks!

I wanted to pick up a couple of donuts with my little daughter but she wanted to use the bathroom first when we went to the bathroom it was locked when I asked to be unlocked they said you have to buy something first before using the bathroom thank you Dunkin

So disappointed stopped here every morning because is close to my work 1st incident with the employees they give me a cup the was leaking and all the drinks was at my desk and the following day when I stop to get my drink I told her and the employee replied back to me the she was sorry and was nothing the she can do for me ! And the place was closed for repairs and the drinks where$ 2 dollars and my application and the employees charge me $3.89 for the 2 dollars drink, I stopped to other dunkin donuts place and they charged me $2.27 I request to speak to a manager or owner and they told me the they don't have any manager and the person who own this place never around
I've lived all around the Chicagoland area and have been to many Dunkins, I believe this one is the best. They very recently remodeled this place and its even better now. Very friendly staff, good food and most importantly good coffee. Can't ask for more from a Dunkin.

Asked if they could do a drink sugar free due to dietary restrictions. The lady at the drive-thru said yes and after I paid proceeded give me a the drink with sugar and whipped cream. She had walked off don't even know if they were paying attention so I decided to get coffee

They screwed my drive thru donut order up. I went inside to get the right ones. They not only argued with me, they took the wrong donuts from me and put them back on the shelf with the others to be sold. Really? How do they know I didn't sneeze on them?
