Dunkin' is a welcoming place with polite staff and good food. Coffee is a highlight, especially when in Chicagoland - it's the best spot. Despite occasional hiccups with special requests, like sugar-free drinks, the overall experience is pleasant. A recent remodeling added to the charm, making it a great stop, even close to closing time.
