Asked if they could do a drink sugar free due to dietary restrictions. The lady at the drive-thru said yes and after I paid proceeded give me a the drink with sugar and whipped cream. She had walked off don't even know if they were paying attention so I decided to get coffee
Been my go-to DD for about a year now. Always quick service, and I love the folks who work there. Only recommendation I’d have for them (although it’s probably out of their control) is the drive thru area behind the shopping center is in SERIOUS need of repaving.

I've lived all around the Chicagoland area and have been to many Dunkins, I believe this one is the best. They very recently remodeled this place and its even better now. Very friendly staff, good food and most importantly good coffee. Can't ask for more from a Dunkin.
