This location is incredibly welcoming and friendly, atmosphere is beautiful and everything is so clean and done efficiently. Best Dunkin I've been to, instant favorite! ❤️
Get our orders wrong all the time. Overcharged us several times. The place is dirty and unkempt. I love DD, but will steer clear of this one.

Bad rating! Lazy people work. They do not care. No wipes - they won't add them to the dispenser. They will tear it away from their dispenser and drag it across the counter. Like a neighbor in the toilet, from the next stall he will share paper with you if you have run out. This is good. That at least they gave them to me.The guy behind the counter won't even think if you take 2 breakfasts that you can put them in two bags. He doesn’t see that I have not 3 hands, but 2, and he won’t offer himself a cardboard for two glasses of coffee.It's a shame that such work discredits a wonderful brand.Boston cream. They don't know what it is. They give me what is in the photo. There are no other options.I didn't go to the restroom. I think I had enough bad experiences.

Stopped in today and ordered a small hot coffee and a chocolate long john donut. I also had an issue with my previous order. Talked to the lady in drive-thru and was told that the buy a med/LG or XL drink and purchase a donut for $1 was only from 2-6pm. Nowhere on the promo material can you see that information. I was told at the window that they had no long johns and was offered a different donut, the coffee was barely lukewarm. I was told that it came out of the machine. She took it back and maybe heated it in a microwave for 15 seconds. Needless to say this was not their best.
This people should not be allowed to work there I tried to order a drink , and they said we don’t have ice

I miss the staff from a year or 2 ago. They didn’t have bad attitudes lol! Every time I walk into this place aside from one employee, everyone is frowning and looking miserable. They take 5 minutes+ to greet/help you/take your order. They all look at me and look away a few times before they ask me what my order is.. it’s SO WEIRD! Am i supposed to barge in demanding my coffee?? I’m not impolite so I don’t interrupt them but do I really have to wait 5 minutes for you to hand me my WALK IN order that you left next to the drive thru instead of the mobile order shelf? No, I don’t have to wait because I will never return to this Dunkin even though it is .3 miles from me.
